Performance Insurance Brokers Limited is a wholly Zambian owned insurance brokerage, licensed by the Pensions and Insurance Authority and a member of the Bridging Gap Solutions group. We were incorporated in December 2010 to offer a full range of brokerage services to individuals, families and corporate clients.
Our Story
When Performance was founded, most Zambian households and small businesses carried no cover at all. Not because they did not want protection, but because nobody had explained it in terms that made sense at a price that made sense. We built the company around that gap.
